It is important that the QR code on the ticket is fully visible.<\/p>\n<p>If downloading the ticket or bringing a smartphone is not possible, you are welcome to provide your file or order number at the Welcome Desk at the main entrance upon arrival. This allows us to open your booking with your tickets in our system and print them for you on-site.\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc-faq\"><div class=\"vc-faq-item\">\t<h3 class=\"headline\">Is there a possibility to hand in my luggage?<\/h3>\t<div class=\"vc-faq-item-textblock\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">We provide a number of lockers for our guests free of charge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bringing backpacks, bags or items of luggage larger than an A4 sheet of paper into the exhibition is not permitted.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">12 large lockers for bags are available. All lockers can be locked with a 4-digit code or using the no-contact RFID card of your choice. However, since the slots for the museum are limited, we recommend booking tickets online in advance, especially on weekends and holidays. You may also purchase RailAway combined tickets at any SBB railway ticket counter.\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc-faq\"><div class=\"vc-faq-item\">\t<h3 class=\"headline\">Can I start the tour earlier or later than the time specified on my online ticket?<\/h3>\t<div class=\"vc-faq-item-textblock\">Admission is valid for 30 minutes from the time indicated on your ticket. If you arrive after your entire time slot is past, please contact the Welcome Desk. The main ones are nuts, milk ingredients, eggs and soy, but occasionally also other allergens.<\/p>\n<p>Before consuming products, it is therefore essential allergy sufferers check the list of ingredients and the allergen information on the packaging or at the exhibition or ask our trained Ma\u00eetre chocolatiers and guides.<\/p>\n<p>\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc-faq\"><div class=\"vc-faq-item\">\t<h3 class=\"headline\">Is the chocolate at the exhibition lactose-free?<\/h3>\t<div class=\"vc-faq-item-textblock\">No, L&S does not currently have any products which are lactose-free.\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc-faq\"><div class=\"vc-faq-item\">\t<h3 class=\"headline\">Is the chocolate at the exhibition gluten-free?<\/h3>\t<div class=\"vc-faq-item-textblock\">If the list of ingredients includes barley malt extract as the only gluten-containing source, the gluten content of these products will be less than 20 ppm and therefore considered gluten-free under Swiss law.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Based on this definition, the following types of chocolate at the exhibition are gluten-free:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lindor balls (all varieties on offer)<\/li>\n<li>Milk, white and dark chocolate in the chocolate fountain<\/li>\n<li>Excellence 70%, Excellence Orange Intense, Excellence Caramel & Sea Salt, and Excellence Sea Salt<\/li>\n<li>Squares Milk Caramel and Squares Dark Caramel Sea Salt<\/li>\n<li>And the tasting products also given out on guided tours such as nibs, cocoa liquor, pulp juice and Naps Surfin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The following types of chocolate at the exhibition are <u>not<\/u> considered gluten-free:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Squares Dark Orange<\/li>\n<li>The mix delivered to the guides<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note the allergen information on site or ask the staff at the exhibition. <\/strong>\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc-faq\"><div class=\"vc-faq-item\">\t<h3 class=\"headline\">Do the chocolates in the exhibition contain alcohol?<\/h3>\t<div class=\"vc-faq-item-textblock\">No, they do not contain alcohol either as an ingredient or a flavor carrier.\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc-faq\"><div class=\"vc-faq-item\">\t<h3 class=\"headline\">Are there Lindt chocolates which are certified as kosher?<\/h3>\t<div class=\"vc-faq-item-textblock\">No, L&S does not offer any products in Europe which are certified as kosher.<\/p>\n<p>Some Jewish communities in Switzerland have lists of products (including Lindt products) which are suitable for a kosher diet. The \u201cChocolate figures & lollipops\u201d course is designed for children aged 8 to 12 when accompanied by an adult.<\/p>\n<p>One adult is allowed to accompany up to four children.
